Powder sprinkling and powder shaking:
Powder sprinkling: Sprinkle the prepared hot melt adhesive powder evenly on the heat transfer pattern printed by the DTF printer.

Shaking powder:

Shake off the excess hot melt powder through mechanical vibration or airflow to ensure clear edges of the pattern, avoid waste and improve the quality of the pattern.

Drying and color fixing:
Dry the heat transfer pattern sprinkled with hot melt powder so that the hot melt powder melts at high temperature and firmly adheres to the fabric, thereby completing the color fixing process of the pattern.

Appearance and structure:
A sturdy and durable metal frame and shell are used to ensure the stability and durability of the equipment. The machine is equipped with a precise powder spreading device, a vibration powder shaking system and an efficient drying module, which work together to complete the color fixation of the pattern.
