Our QC process runs through the entire production process, from the purchase of raw materials to production assembly, and then to the final finished product inspection, to ensure that the equipment meets industry standards and meets customer needs.

【Raw material inspection】
Each batch of raw materials used for manufacturing is strictly screened and tested to ensure that the quality of the materials meets the high standards of the factory. Key components such as nozzles, ink supply systems, motors, etc. need to pass multiple tests to ensure their service life and stable performance.

【Quality monitoring during production】
Each device undergoes strict process inspections during the assembly process to ensure the precise installation of each component to avoid any errors. Special quality inspectors are set up at key nodes to check one by one to ensure that the equipment meets the design specifications.

【Finished product inspection】

Printing accuracy test: Test whether the print output of the equipment meets the high-definition standard.
Intelligent control test: Verify whether the intelligent control system of the powder shaker is operating normally, ensuring uniform powder distribution and accurate temperature control.
Durability test: By simulating long-term operation, we ensure that the equipment can still work stably under high-intensity work, reducing the maintenance needs of customers.

【Final review before delivery】

Before the equipment leaves the factory, the quality inspection team will conduct a final review to ensure that all equipment has passed the QC test and meets the factory standards. Through the final verification of the print samples and the powder shaking effect, we ensure that the equipment received by the customer can be put into use immediately and maintain stable production quality.

【Continuous improvement and feedback mechanism】

We not only strictly implement the QC process, but also continuously improve the quality control system by collecting customer feedback and market data.
