Test workshop
A dedicated area for equipment debugging, function verification, and quality inspection to ensure that all DTF printers undergo rigorous performance testing and quality inspection before leaving the factory, ensuring the stability, reliability, and high-quality output of the final product.

Assembly workshop
Frame construction: Assemble the frame, base and bracket according to the design drawings. Ensure the stability and firmness of the frame to provide support for the subsequent installation of parts.
Transmission system installation: Install the transmission components such as stepper motors, drive motors, belts and gears on the frame to ensure that the mechanical parts can operate smoothly and ensure the precise movement and printing accuracy of the print head.
Accurate installation of the print head: Install the print head in the specified position according to the design requirements, and ensure that the connection between the print head and the transmission system and ink pipeline is accurate.
Nozzle calibration: After the print head is installed, the nozzle needs to be accurately calibrated to ensure that each nozzle can spray ink evenly to avoid blockage or uneven ink spraying.
Nozzle connection: Connect the nozzle to the ink system (ink tube, ink cartridge, etc.) and perform a pressure test to ensure smooth ink flow.

Powder shaking machine assembly area
Responsible for assembling all parts into an efficient equipment, including installation of powder distribution system, heating system and temperature control device, assembly of electronic system and control panel, functional debugging and testing.

Sheet metal workshop
Production and processing of metal parts such as printer housing, frame, support structure, etc. Cutting, stamping, bending, welding, spraying and other processes of metal materials to manufacture metal parts that meet design requirements. These parts are essential to ensure the stability, durability and appearance of DTF printers.
